We are USKO, a U.S.-based logistics company providing services across the North American region. We have offices in the USA, Mexico, Poland, Ukraine, and Bulgaria.
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team.
Experience in American logistics is required (working with 53ft dry vans will be a strong advantage).
This position requires a proactive and independent team member who can make decisions autonomously while also collaborating closely with our remote U.S.-based team.

Your Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with brokers and drivers
- Negotiating rate with brokers to ensure profitable loads
- Assign loads to drivers, ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our TMS system
- Oversee load status using GPS/CRM systems to ensure timely delivery
- Handle delays, breakdowns, accidents, or unexpected issues quickly and effectively
Our Requirements
- Experience in U.S. logistics
- English on B2-C1 level
- Strong client handling skills
- Ability to work in high-paced environment

- Shift: 16:00-01:00 (Kyiv time), Mon-Fri
